Due to the rapid spread of coronavirus, certain changes have been made:

 

🔹 A traveller who has recently arrived in Australia will need to be self-isolated for 14 days. This also applies to those who have been in close contact with a confirmed case or have COVID-19.

🔹 Australia’s government has now banned non-essential gatherings for more than 100 people in response to the rapid increase of

the coronavirus.

🔹 States such as Victoria, ACT, WA, and Tasmania has declared a state emergency

🔹 Major Universities across Australia have begun transitioning towards online classes to minimize the spread of the virus.

🔹 Museums, libraries, and numerous public places are close until further notice.

🔹 Multiple events, festivals, and other public gatherings have been postponed or cancelled due to COVID-19.
