Melbourne Reopens As We Embrace COVID Normal
Following are the changes in effect from November 8, 2020

From November 8, provided cases stay under the appropriate threshold, the 25km radius will be removed.

The capacity of pubs and restaurants will increase up to 40 people inside and 70 outside.

Religious gatherings will expand to 20 people and a faith leader indoors, and 50 outdoors.

Gyms and indoor fitness centres will be able to reopen - with strict safety precautions in place.

Indoor pools will reopen for up to 20 people.

And accommodation will open because Andrews says Melburnians are long-overdue for a holiday.

The ‘Ring of Steel’ that separates Melbourne and regional Victoria will also vanish.
