
Subclass 190
NSWState Sponsor mainly will focus on occupations related to ICT, Health, and Engineering sectors.
In line with Home Affairs' direction, NSW will only invite applicants who are currently residing in NSW will be selected.
During an invitation round, EOIs are ranked within an occupation code in order of:
1.Point score
2.English proficiency
3.Years of skilled work experience in your nominated occupation

For Business and investor visas:
The NSW government will nominate potential applicants for this visa only by invitation under the Business Innovation and Investment Program (BIIP) visa (Subclass 188).
All on-hand applicants for subclass 491 (Skilled Work Regional) visas will get emails about their outcomes shortly.

NOTE: You must meet all the criteria in one of the three following streams (Stream 1, Stream 2, and Stream 3) to be eligible for NSW nomination
Stream 1. Living and working in regional NSW;
Stream 2. Recently completed study in regional NSW; or
Stream 3. Living and working outside of NSW
