Have an occupation listed on the relevant skilled occupation list.
Obtain a positive skills assessment for the nominated occupation.
Achieve at least 65 points on the points test, considering factors such as age, English proficiency, work experience, and education.
Be under 45 years of age at the time of invitation.
Meet health and character requirements set by the Department of Home Affairs.
