If your nominated occupation appears on the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List, or if you are currently employed in an occupation listed, you may also claim points in the Canberra Matrix, increasing your chances of receiving an invitation for ACT nomination.
Occupation Caps
To manage demand, a cap may be placed on the number of ACT nomination spots available for each occupation on the ACT Nominated Migration Program Occupation List.
If the monthly cap for your nominated occupation has been reached, you may not receive an invitation to apply for ACT nomination until the following intake period.
