Ministerial Direction 119: New Processing Priorities for Australia's Skilled Visas
Ministerial Direction 119 took effect on 25 July 2026. It replaces Ministerial Direction 105 entirely, and for the first time brings the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa fully under a Ministerial Direction's priority framework.
