Ministerial Direction 119: What It Covered and What Replaced It on 19 September 2026
Ministerial Direction 119 took effect on 25 July 2026. It replaces Ministerial Direction 105 entirely, and for the first time brings the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa fully under a Ministerial Direction's priority framework.
