SOUTH AUSTRALIA DESIGNATED AREA MIGRATION AGREEMENT (DAMA)

27 March 2024

South Australian employers may apply for endorsement under the South Australian DAMAs until 12 pm (ACDT) on Wednesday, 27 March 2024.

Following this deadline and until a DAMA extension is finalized with the Australian Government, employers are requested to express their interest in sponsoring skilled migrants by emailing migration.employer@sa.gov.au.

The Department for Industry, Innovation and Science will directly engage with these contacts, providing timely updates and notifying them once the DAMA extension is established, thereby inviting formal applications.

Please be aware that the South Australian Government is actively collaborating with the Department of Home Affairs to secure an extension to the state’s DAMAs.
