Industry Labour Agreements are formal arrangements between the Australian Government and specific industries that face ongoing workforce shortages. These agreements allow approved employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers under tailored terms when standard skilled visa programs are not sufficient to meet labour demand.
They may offer concessions related to English language levels, work experience, salary requirements, and skills assessments, depending on the occupation and industry needs.
