VETASSESS is Australia’s largest skills assessment provider, authorized by the Australian Government. It considered the relevance of qualifications, and employment to the nominated occupation. The qualification/s assessment assesses the general educational level of the qualification in Australian terms and the relevance of the major area of study.

The Priority Processing Service by VETASSESS helps to achieve fast-track skill assessment process for skilled migration applicant by allowing a quicker turnaround time, ensuring that applicants with urgent needs received priority allocation of assessment places, the service is applicable for professional and general occupations to provide qualified applicants a faster pathway to skilled migration.

 As of 31 July 2023, to qualify for priority allocation in VETASSESS, applicants are eligible for Priority Processing Service by VETASSESS when:

1. Invitation Expiry: Applicant must have received an invitation from Department of Home Affairs with an expiry date to become eligible.

2. Visa expiry: If applicants’ current visa is set to expire within eight weeks and unable to obtain another visa

3.  Age Milestone: Applicant is turning 33, 40 or 45 within eight weeks

4. English Test Result Expiry: Applicant IELTS or PTE test result is expected to expire within eight week

5. Partner Skills Assessment or English Test Expiry: If applicant’s partner skills assessment or English test result is expected to expire within eight weeks.
